Steve’s Show @ FOF.
FelÂlowÂship of Faith’s CofÂfee House hapÂpens the secÂond FriÂday of every month. They have difÂferÂent perÂformÂers of all walks of life come in to enterÂtain. August it was my very own Stephen, with a litÂtle help from his friends.
This is another test of the FeaÂtured Posts secÂtion, but this really did, and does hapÂpen. The CofÂfee Houses are yet another great idea from the FelÂlowÂship of Faith peoÂple to reach out and bring someÂthing betÂter to our comÂmuÂnity. Steve & I are there every SunÂday and WednesÂday now, but the last time we perÂformed there we were just as excited to play & sing to 5 peoÂple as we were this time.
This parÂticÂuÂlar thumbÂnail image is from the last time we played. That’s Steve in the back on guiÂtar with his brother Jamie on Bass. This time it was all three of us with the help of Jamie HamÂmond on ElecÂtric GuiÂtar and SteÂvie on Drums. We did numÂbers from BroadÂway, Rock, some Acoustic, Harry ConÂnick, Jr and even, yes, some Adam Sandler.
It was a lot of fun, and I’m lookÂing forÂward to the next time. HopÂing word gets around in the area and we get more turn out. This month is a SouthÂern Rock-ish group out of West VirÂginia that calls themÂselves 40lb SnapÂper. They’ve been in before, and they have a great sound. LookÂing forÂward to seeÂing them again!
